Born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua, Dr. Tania Henriquez obtained her dental degree from the National Nicaraguan University in 2004, graduating magna cum laude. Later, she pursued further education in prosthetic and implant dentistry in Buenos Aires, Argentina, finishing her studies in 2008.
She decided to move to Canada in 2011 and obtained her dental licensing through the National Examination Board of Canada. She started practicing general dentistry in British Columbia in 2015, a place that now she calls home.
She is happy to be currently serving the communities of South Surrey and White Rock since 2017, when she joined the dental dream team at Semiahmoo Dental Centre.
Dr. Tania is a forever-learning dentist who really enjoys improving her skills. She is a member of the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, the British Columbia Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the Northwest Endodontic Study Club, and the Spear Study Club. Because dentistry is a forever-changing and evolving profession, Dr. Tania feels the need to keep up to date with the latest scientific developments in the field.
Dr. Tania enjoys spending her free time with her family, Rocco (her cute chihuahua), and friends.
